Katie embarked on a total lifestyle change which included tracking her food intake and making healthier choices. The biggest change came when she began to incorporate exercise and even learned to love it! She started with short workout videos and now does cardio five times a week with an additional three days of strength training. Katie has since lost 130 pounds and has learned to love exercise so much that she even has become a personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise.
