The perfect breakfast recipe:
Half cup of oats
1 cup of water
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons of erythritol
0.5 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 handful of red berries (some strawberries, raspberries or blueberries)
Add the water, the erythritol, the cinnamon, the sea salt and the oats in a pot! Boil for 5 minutes, then cover and leave it to rest. 5 minutes later add the chia seeds, mix it and sprinkle the berries on the top!
